Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I was in accident where I was t boned I was turning into a doughnut shop from the center turning lane the light behind me was red so to cars stopped to let me thru and a car trying to bypass traffic on the side of road to get to the turning lane hit me.i got the ticket for failer to yield right away to her even though she was not in the turning lane and not in a lane should I have gotten the ticket for it ?

As I understand your question, you are saying the other driver was driving on the shoulder of the road to get to a turn lane that did not exist. If that car was entirely on the shoulder, you should fight the ticket. That car should have been ticketed for driving on the shoulder. I recently handled a civil personal injury case for someone who was in this exact situation only the cop ticketed the driver on the shoulder.
