Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
adding information to a ticket after you have signed it and already gone
my son received a speeding ticket,they put no time or date, then got upset because he wasnt there in 10 days, but after he left the officer realized his mistake and added the date and time at some other point. can you add information to a legal document after it has been signed, thanx.

Editing the speeding ticket after the fact could be grounds to have it dismissed. You should have someone recommend an attorney to handle this for you.
