is there a way that i may have my address changed without being picked up for a warrant?

On your driver's license? Probably not. Am not sure if you can do it online, but if you try, it will probably be blocked by the warrant. If you go into DPS, they will run a check on your license, and one of those numerous DPS troopers will take you into custody.
