Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Auto Accident
I had an auto accident where the person who hit my car was uninsured. I have liability only, The person promised to pay for the repairs and I got all the personal information including pictures of the accident, now she's refusing to pay. Can I sue this person via small claims Court even if I don't have a written agreement or a police report?
Thanks

Re: Auto Accident
Yes you can. If she found liable by the court, and either does not pay the judgment, or fails to enter into payment arrangements, she could have her license suspended.
