Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
bench warrant
i have some tickets and did not pay and did not go to court. Now i have a bench warrant for my arresst. I no longer live in the state were i gat the tickets. How can i take care of this without going to court?

You need a lawyer to contact the court, and see if the warrant can be recalled, and the case resolved, without your presence. Without an attorney, you will have to present yourself, and bond yourself out, before attempting to resolve it.
