Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
My boyfriend received a ticket yesturday for his expired registration and inspectionb sticker which went out in march, he tried 6 different places to get the car inspected and they all say they wont do cars year 1995 and under. Would that affect him in getting his cdl or driving for a truck company?

If he does not immediately comply, it will affect his CDL. He needs to get online or the phone and call until he finds a place that will inspect his vehicle. CDL has very specific rules, and if the court will not dismiss the ticket upon compliance, he should consult with an attorney.
