Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
My brother in law served time federal prison, he has traffic warrants and failure to appear charges from before his conviction. I have heard there is a way to get these dropped. Is this true, and if so how?

Have him write to the courts where the cases are pending and provide proof of his incarceration and ask them to run the time concurrent.
