Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

Cedar hill Texas a large group of kids set up a basketball net and play everyday in the street causing traffic to creep by as they very slowly move to give you barely enough room to pass. Lately they will dart in front of my car bang on the car and yell obscenities. I just want to drive home in peace. Is there a law or anything on my side to help stop this madness?

You can call the police. This sounds like a gang of thugs. You have to picture the way this story ends. Do they end up talking you or harming you for turning them in? Maybe you should find another route home. I know that sounds like cowardly advice, but you have to keep in mind you long-term safety before sitrring things up too much.
