Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
class c misdemeanor
my son was put in Travis county jail
(texas) for having a invalid DL.
The jail records say class c Misdemeanor...what does that mean and how do I find out why it is a non-valid DL

A Class C misdemeanor is a fine-only criminal offense. You can post his bail and ask for a court date. Get him a lawyer to get the case handled, and his license repaired.
