Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
following too close
i was pulled over for following too close i had an open container (not in plain site)i admitted to also failure to change the address on license. i was not ticketed for following too close and i was told by an officer to fight it because following to close is an opinion and if he cant prove that then the open container should be thrown out. should i fight this or just pay the fine.
