Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Correct Name but Not My Car
Given tkt with correct name, however the car listed on the tkt; make, model, and licence plate#, is not what I was driving. The tkt was for violation of Move over Law -I was doing 38 mph in a posted 40 zone.

My question would be how different is the vehicle description? Is it a material difference? An attorney may be able to get it dismissed, and at worst deferred that leads to dismissal.
