Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
need help
well i was in the dallas county jail for 90 days and i have an outstanding warrant to anoyher city its just a traffic ticket, when i got released i that city had 24 hours to come and get me they never showed up so i was wondering if i had statement saying that i was in jail for 91 days will they give time served or do i need a motion

The outstanding warrant and charge from the other city still exists. You need to get a lawyer to get it taken care of -- if you merely plead to time served on your own, you may end up with enough on your record to limit your options with driver's license, insurance etc.
