Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
How often can I use deferred adjudication for speeding tickets?
I had speeding ticket near Amarillo, TX in March and at that time I applied for diferred adjudication. Court set 30 days and I passed the time clearly. Court dismissed the case. Today (4 months after the previous ticket) unfortunatly I got another speeding ticket issue from the same court. I wonder if I can apply for D.A. again to clear up this ticket again..?

To some extent it depends on the mood of the prosecutor and the policies of the court. You are only supposed to get it once in a 12 month period, but some courts will allow it more often. If they say no, ask for defensive driving.
