Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

While on deferred disposition (4-4-11 ending 7-3-11) for a speeding ticket. I received another on 6-7-11. Is just receiving the citation a violation of the probation or does there have to be a conviction for the citation to be considered a violation of probation? The offenses listed occurred in Harris County, Texas. The paper work I received from Seabrook Municipal Court:

Affidavit of Compliance and Request for Dismissal

have met the conditions/terms of my Deferred Disposition as noted below

Commit no offense against the State of Texas

You need to take a good look at the documents you have. In some jurisdictions, just getting a ticket is enough to violate the "probation."
