Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
deferred judification
I just got finished doing deferred judification for one ticket and I just got another one, can I do it again or do I have to wait a certain amount of time, like defensive driving?

Re: deferred judification
You can receive deferred adjudication as many times as the court will allow it.
It will make a difference if this is the same or a different jurisdiction you are dealing with as on your first ticket.
Also the seriousness of the offense will often times make a difference.
You should at least ask for DA before using your drivers safety course or paying the ticket.
