Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
deferred judification
i signed up for deferred judification in april 08 and finished in july 08. i know you can only take it once a year for speeding. am i eligible to take it now or do i have to wait til july??

You should have to wait until July, but I have been able to secure them more often, and an attorney may be able to do the same for you.
