Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Deferred Judification
I need to write a letter requesting deferred judification for a traffic violation but I have no idea how to go about doing that. What do I need to include in this letter? What format does it have to be in?

Re: Deferred Judification
All you have to do is ask for defferred adjudication from the prosecutor when you go to the pre-trail hearing.
