Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

No DL

Daughter is on our insurance. We were considering changing companies and found that she had 3 no DL ticket's. Apparently never applied for license when she turned 18 and only had ID card. I paid the three surcharge fees for the no DL. She had to re-take the written and driving test to get her license back. The new insurance company now says that the annual insurance for her alone will now be $3200.00 per year, when they first quoted $2300.00 for all three drivers. Is it possible to get these no DL tickets removed from her record now that they've been on there for so long? Are there any other options to get her record cleaned up again?

Re: No DL

You can take the records to an attorney to review, but it is probably too late. If the tickets had been and handled differently at the time, then they may have stayed off her record.
