Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
When a driver accused of speeding requests to see the radar, and the ticketing officer denies the request (because he has reset the monitor) can the ticket be nullified?

The ticket can be dismissed if the prosecutor believes the driver, but just because the officer doesn't show the driver the speed on the radar is not a guaranteed reason for dismissal. A driver does not have the right to see the radar readout.
