Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
drivers lisence
First- I paid a ticket, still had proof, yet had to pay again!
Secondly- My lisence was suspended because of it for years, I received several Suspened/invalid lisence. this is keeping me from getting my liscence still. What are my options?

Re: drivers lisence
Was the ticket for no insurance? Is the payment for the ticket itself, or for the administrative penalty?
If it is for the ticket itself, take the proof of payment in person to the clerk-- give them a copy.
If it is to TxDPS, then that is not the fine, it is an administrative penalty charged to anyone to is convicted of no insurance. If left unpaid, then your license will be suspended.
