DWLI - Enhanced
I have been charged with the offense of DWLI - Enhanced. What exactly does this mean and does this require an attorney?

DWLI is driving while license invalid. Enhanced means this is not the first time and the potential penalty is greater than otherwise. You need to consult a criminal defense attorney. If you can't afford one, you can apply for a court appointed attorney.
