Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
evasion felony
got pulled over by crime scene s.u.v..Didnt see her for 3 miles on motorcycle, I didnt get a ticket, but got felony evasion. Just didnt see her is my only crime.pulled over as soon as realized. Also military.

If you have not been previosly convicted of this offense, it is a State Jail Felony if you used a vehicle.
You must intentionally flee from a person you know to be a police officer who is attempting to arrest or detain you.
From what you stated it sounds like you have a good defense. Suggest you retain an experienced criminal defense attorney.
