Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

I was exiting a parking lot and I was rear ended. I woman's insurance is claiming no liability because she is saying I backed into her. I live in Texas and I drive an automatic. There is no way I could back into her. Nobody is helping me. What do I do..I do not want to go through my insurance.

Were there any witnesses to the accident? If so, get their statements. Call the police and file a police report stating your version of the facts. Provide the names of any witnesses. Call her insurance company and file a claim against her. Give them the police report number. If she says that you backed into her and her car is damaged, she may have already called your insurance company.
