Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Failure To Control Speed Ticket
I was turning left on a yellow light and accelerated to beat the red light(not speeding)and hit a patch of water and spun out of control and slammed into the left rear of a VW Beetle. is there any thing i can do to dismiss this ticket?

Hire a lawyer to review the file and see what can be negotiated. Even deferred will result in a dismissal, eventually.
