Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Too fast for conditions
I recived a ticket for going 60 in a 45 in Texas. On top of that I was also ticketed for driving too fast for conditions (another 210 dollars). However, on the ticket it shows that the weather was clear and it was during the day. Isn't this being ticketed twice for the same thing? What can I do about this?

Re: Too fast for conditions
Sounds like you have a legitimate complaint. You can negotiate this on your own, or retain an attorney to negotiate deferred on the speeding and a dismissal on the conditions.
