Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I was in an at fault accident four weeks ago. The city of Kirbyville police officer has not yet submitted an accident report or a citaion...is there a time limit? Will I be required to pay the citaion if it is not submitted on time?

If they are going to charge with a misdemeanor criminal offense in this case, they have two years from the date of the incident to do so.
