Florida vs Texas
A person Visiting Texas (vacation) driving a car in Texas gets a speeding ticket. The person actually resides in the state of Florida. They will not be returning to Texas ever. They are NOT going to pay the speeding ticket. What will happen?

Although I can't tell the future, the issuing jurisdiction will probably issue a warrant for the ticket, and the failure to appear. If you are stopped for anything elsewhere, the warrant might appear on an NCIC check, if one is run. They may hold you to determine if Texas will pick you up on the warrant. Texas will probably say no they won't.
