Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
this is a inquiry for a friend in Jail.
My friend was arrested today for a warrant he got regarding a ticket he recieved a while back.
The original Ticket was for Driving with a suspended license, But at the time of the initial ticket he did not have a state issued drivers license.
My question is , how is it possible for a individual to get a ticket for driving without a license he never had to begin with. And is there anythng he can do to fight this ticket. As he is currently in Jail for the ticket?

It depends upon the evidence held by the prosecution. He needs to post bond and then hire a lawyer.
