Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
inturpetor costs
Can I ask for an inturpetor during traffic court and who will be responsible for the costs, can I claim that I am more at ease with my language (dutch) than English.

Yes you can ask. It is the cost of the court. If you are ordered to pay costs, then you might have to pay it. If you are fluent in English, however, it is not likely that the judge will order an interpreter. You could always bring a court-approved interpreter in at your own expense.
