Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
invalid drivers license
i have 2 charges for DWLI. They are my 2nd and 3rd charges. Can i het them ran concurrent possibly. Or could i plea not guilty and possibly get off since i wasnt speeding or anything the officers pulled the car over on the suspicion that i was driving. one of them told me it was because they have 0 tolerance for people w/gang affiliations even though i have never been in a gang. Can i get a plea bargain if they're ran together.

Re: invalid drivers license
It sounds worth your while to hire a lawyer. Am not sure how you got two charges for the same offense -- two different occasions? There could be a problem with the original stop. Suspicion of Gang Affiliation is not an offense, and depending upon the police's version of events, might be winnable.
