Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
theres any kind of fine if i pay a expired driver license ticket? They told me that i would have a 240 dlls x 3 yrs fee just for pay that ticket.

Yes, the state assesses penalties and surcharges for certain infractions. You can check the Tx DPS website, where they post a chart of the various penalties for each offense.
