Leaving the country with a warrant for a traffic violation
My fiance and I are getting married in Mexico. He found out that he has a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear for a traffic violation. Will he be able to leave the country and then come back in?

Border crossings are notoriously difficult to predict. He may get waived through, or he may be the one that is stopped, and the warrant will show up.
Its a traffic violation. Get it resolved BEFORE leaving the US.
