Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Am I liable for crimes committed in a car co-titled to me
If I am a co-owner of a vehicle (clear title) and I want my name off the title. The other owner is committing crimes in the car and has warrants. I cannot get that party to return a call or meet me to sign over the title. I am willing to gift it to her with no money owed to me. How can I get my name off the title without her?

Take the title transfer documents to your county DMV, they will transfer the title.
