Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
License Suspension
My daughter turned 18 on june 6 but received two traffic citations before her birthday. They are already on her record. Is there a chance that her license will be suspended and if so is there a way to keep that from happening?

Re: License Suspension
The results will depend on what the citations were for -- and even if she is suspended, some situations allow for payment of a surcharge, or the possibility of an occupational license. You can find some of this information on the DPS website, but she will probably need an attorney if she looking at a suspension.
