Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
license suspension
An insurance co. is calling me, saying that I was involved in an accident more than 2 years ago, and that they are going to suspend my license. Can they do that? Should I call them? I am in Texas.

Re: license suspension
In some cases, you can lose your license for an unsatisfied car accident. To protect yourself, don't make the phone call, instead hire a lawyer, and let the lawyer make the call to determine the status of the matter.
