Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
i live in colorado and i got into an accident couple weeks ago and the people insurance saying its my fault when it wasnt. i was going to turn left onto a one way street while my light was green and the on coming light was green also. Since i was on the intersection first and the person that crash into me that was turning right was not at the corner yet and was still a little further back. who has a right of way of turning? she told the police that she wasnt paying attention because she was focusing on her daughter.

Let your insurance company handle it. If they dispute that you caused the accident, they will provide an attorney for you.
