Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I live in Texas and received a speeding ticket for going 75 mph in a 60 zone. The police officer made 2 mistakes on the ticket. He said my license was not a Commercial Lic, but it clearly states it is, and he said it was at night but the ticket says 12:32 PM, it was during the day. Can I get this dismissed?

Maybe. I would discuss this with an attorney who does traffic tickets for commercial drivers.
My guess is that even if the ticket were dismissed, say because you can prove that you were somewhere else at 12:32 PM, you probably signed the ticket which would show that you were around when you received the citation.
I'm not sure that it would be wise for you to bring up the fact that you have a commercial drivers license since the consequences for traffic violations are more sever on CDLs
