Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Hi, mi wife was aked for her drivers licence and insurance policy by a us border patrol agent, she told him she forgot both at home, and he passed her over to a second check point where a police officer gave her a citation for this 2 offenses. isnt this against the law? can they just give her the citation even if she was not driving at the street?

I don't understand your question. Are you saying that she was not driving a vehicle when stopped by the border patrol agent? If she wasn't driving, then she should fight the tickets in court.
