Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Missed court, can I be extradited?
I was out on bail for driving will suspended in Kansas. However, I now live in Texas. DWS is a misdemeanor so I know the chances of being extradited is slim, but can a bail bondsman come get me and take me back?
