Mistake on Speeding Citation
The officer that conducted the traffic stop failed to record the proper time on the citation. He recorded 1025PM ,the infraction actually occured at 1125pm. Is this grounds for ticket dissmisal?

Re: Mistake on Speeding Citation
Maybe, but probably not. The elements of a speeding violation do not require that the time be noted. If he does not appear for court, or testifies poorly, it might be dismissed. You can get a lawyer to try to get it dismissed or deferred.
