Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Multiple parking tickets
This individual had $1,200 parking tickets. She was going to community services. Her car broke down and she called the courts to let them them know she would not be able to attend the community services because the car broke down. Well they arrested her and she was in jail for 7 days. Is this considered as a felony or misdmeanor?
