Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Negligent Entrustment
My father was driving a veh in my name and wrecked. I am going to trial in Oct. for neg. entrustment. If the lady wins i pay $115K. My dad is not even required to be at the trial. I have no $ for a lawyer, groceries, etc. you get the pic. Should I hang myself now or wait until the trial?

Do you have car insurance? They should be defending this lawsuit.
