Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
can an officer stop a vehicle traveling in opposite direction for having only on license plate light lit instead of two, then pursue to question driver?

You are not supposed to be stopped unless there is probable cause. Sometimes there is no probable cause, but if there is no harm other than a slight delay, the inconvenience does not cause enough harm to justify legal expense. You can always file a complaint.
