Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Can an officer in texas give you a citation for a traffic violation (e.x. Improper lane change) without seeing you commit the crime?

If another officer tells him you committed the offense, yes. Also, if there is an accident he makes a professional opinion about the cause and can ticket for that.
