Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I payed a lawyer 600dollors,100for each traffic warrent,I received a letter asking for 350 dollors in full withen two weeks to solve the matter,If it wasn't paid in two weeks it would go back to warrents.A single mother of three,I just couldn't get the 350 and they went back to warrents.I was recently told he has to keep my case open untill he finishes what I paid him for.Is this True?

I assume that you have a written fee contract with this lawyer. Look at the fee agreement to see what he is required to do.
