Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
A person used my name when he was pulled over, but later pleaded guilty on all violations and received jail time. The Justice Court did not removed my name from the violations and they are on my driving record and I beleive I'm lossing job opportunities because of it and my license is being suspended and I have to pay a surcharge. I recently went to the Justice Court were they were recieved and they Ordered for Expunction. Can I sue The State of Texas or the Justice Court were it occured for this mistake?

It sounds like you need to get the cases against you dismissed and send copies of the dismissals to DPS to remove the surcharge and get your license back.
To get your record expunged, you need to hire an attorney. It is against the law for an agency to reveal information after a record has been expunged
