Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
petioning court for occupational D.L.
AZ DL was revoked in AZ 1996 due to failure to pay fines in timely manner.Fines are paid now , but am still paying restitution from 1994 (accident w/o insurance )to collection agency.I am trying to get *first time occupational license in TX where I have recided since 1995.How do I petition the court?

An attorney is best-equipped to handle this for you. As an alternative, some county courthouse libraries have packets realtive to this proceeding, but proceed cautiously, as there are many nuances.
