Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
what can i do if the police convicted me of a no insurance ticket. I did show them my proof of insurance. they told me that it was too late because they had convicted me already when i told them i would bring the proof. they still convicted me.

How did the police convict you? Police can issue citations, but not convictions. You would have been issued a citation to appear in court (usually within 10 days). At that time you would have shown your proof of insurance to the judge, and it would have been dismissed. If this occurred recently, it may still be appealable. Have a consultation with an attorney, and take all of your documentation with you.
