Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
private property, requeting lawyer present
If pulled over and requsted lawyer present, does officer have to wait for lawyer to arrive, and if so are my rights violated if officer denies my rights to have lawyer present?

The right to have a lawyer present refers to any statement you make during an interrogation. If you make a statement in response to police questioning, after asking the questioning to stop, and after asking for a lawyer, then that statement is subject to a Motion to Suppress the statement.
