Proof of Speeding
Assuming I plead not guilty and request a court date on a speeding violation, what proof does a police officer have to present in court to justify the citation ...innocent until proven guilty?

Re: Proof of Speeding
The prosecutor has to present proof that you were speeding. The officer's eyewitness testimony may be sufficient; if there was radar, then that may be sufficient. In most cases, municipal court judges consider an officer's testimony to be credible.
